10% Reinvested

10% of my annual training, coaching and speaking fees are reinvested into community organizations that serve Minneapolis, with a focus on youth-focused organizations that champion the lives and dreams of black and brown communities.

I am indebted to the scholars, the families, and the community-focused professionals around the country, and especially in North Minneapolis, who have been so generous of their time, patience and wisdom as I have grown as a social worker, trainer, and a human being. Reinvestment is a modest drop in a sea of what is required to achieve meaningful, lasting change, and is intended to be a recognition of the gift of time and wisdom others have shared so generously with me. To learn more about some of the organizations I have reinvested in, please see below.
